Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: linux-image-2.6.28-11-generic
Hi all,
I just upgrade from ubuntu 8.10 to ubuntu 9.04, and the system appears
not to be working with two processors now.
cam...@camilo-laptop:~$ lsb_release -rd
Description: Ubuntu 9.04
Release: 9.04
This is what it shows from my processor, but im sure it has two cores,
when i was using 8.10 i have two cores working
cam...@camilo-laptop:~$ more /proc/cpuinfo

And the kernel im using:
cam...@camilo-laptop:~$ uname -a
Linux camilo-laptop 2.6.28-11-generic #42-Ubuntu SMP Fri Apr 17 01:58:03 UTC
2009 x86_64 GNU/Linux
I see that im using -generic, so it has to support SMP for both cores,
maybe its a bug on the kernel, but im not sure
