Unfortunately, Suspend is still the same with 9.04 (64-bit). The pm-suspend thing yielded no result: the screen simply goes black upon entering the command.
Hibernate isn't okay either: sometimes it works (not the way it's meant, though: just locking the desktop), sometimes the screen goes black for a second and then returns to the desktop with no error messages, sometimes it crashes to non-responding CLI.
