Martin,
I enabled jaunty-proposed. I have not seen the same issue happening,
but I haven't actively been checking.
I will say that now that its brought to my attention, I'm pleasantly
surprised to not have this issue pestering me, so for my part something
went right. I think it is best to wait for other people to confirm that
the issue is resolved, however, as there may be some other action that I
took that had an unintended consequence of making tracker leave my
alone.
