I got almost the same crash and backtrace as the original reporter. It
happened when noone even was using the computer.
Background story: The computer in question almost always have two users
logged in at the same time, one on :0, and one on :1 (the latter started
from KDE4's "switch user"-function). The X-server on :0 (always :0, not
:1) can sometimes crash, but only when :1 is in use (or so it seems
anyway, it's hard to predict and debug, and does not happen very often).
The only time I snatched the backtrace was this last time so there is no
evidence the earlier crashes were related, although it seems probable. I
promise to get both backtrace and .xsession-errors next time.
No Compiz and no KDE-desktop effects are enabled.
