Marking this as fix committed since a fix has been committed for KDE 4.3
upstream.
(It's a cosmetic bug which does not cause crashes. And it requires a
specific odd configuration. And removing the taskbar from the panel
(without shrinking the minimum size) is generally a bad idea in 4.2, due
to a number of similar issues).
