Marking this as fix committed since a fix has been committed for KDE 4.3
upstream.
(And it's a cosmetic bug which does not cause crashes. And it requires a
rather peculiar configuration. The fix reveals the purpose of the
popup, but AFAIK the system tray is otherwise impossible to navigate
using the keyboard, at least in 4.2.2).
