Well that kernel seems to have solved the 0.9.14 latency recalculation issue, at least with the stock Jaunty64 bit everything but......there is almost always a but....
The volume of the hardware drops about 90% when I switch a stream to the simultaneous output. The volume bars on the simultaneous device move as normal but on the hardware devices they barely move reflecting the reality of minimal volume. Also the playing stream volume bars stop moving when a stream is moved to the simultaneous device and are stuck at about 60%. I have attached pulseaudio -vvvv output. I started pulse with -vvvv and then started amarok playing and then made a simultaneous output device and moved amarok over to it then closed pulse at the end. This simultaneous volume control issue does not happen in 0.9.15 which I have on a completely other jaunty install along with alsa1.0.19 and kernel 2.6.29. If there is anything more you might need from me please let me know. ** Attachment added: "pulseaudio-vvvv" http://launchpadlibrarian.net/26162180/pulseaudio-vvvv -- simultaneous ouput ratelimit freakout 0.9.15 https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/368941 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
