Out of the box clean install of 9.04 using kdenlive or kino, the DV capture does not work.
j...@htlx:~$ dvgrab raw1394 - failed to get handle: Permission denied. I tried the solution chmod, but it didn't work. ( https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/20567) Maybe I did it wrong? I typed sudo chmod, and also did it as root. Any ideas? what command line output can I provide? Thanks.
