Public bug reported: Binary package hint: initscripts
Hi, I would very much like to see the following feature: a way to disable the filesystem check's at boot time. This could be done for example by adding a command line paramenter to the kernel or similar. The checkroot.sh and checkfs.sh scripts allready abort file system checks if /fastboot is available, but this requires, that I'm able to boot the system and create the /fastboot file, which may be incovennient or impossible in some cases. - Martin. ** Affects: sysvinit (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- Disable file system check at boot time https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/369787 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
