Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better. It looks like you had a custom (not from an Ubuntu
package) install of python-dictclient which dpkg is respecting and not
installing over. Please try removing your previous install of it and
reinstalling the package. Thanks in advance.
