Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better. I believe this means that you had a locally (non-
packaged) install of python-xml and that dpkg is respecting this by not
installing over the files installed by it. Could you try removing your
previous version of python-xml and reinstalling the package? Thanks in
