Public bug reported:
On a fresh install with a R600 graphics card, if you haven't connected
to the network and used apt-get at least once, jockey doesn't indicate
that the fglrx driver is available or even supported.
It should at least show an error saying it needs to check the
repositories before it can say if any proprietary driver is available.
