Hi!
I think smartbattery support is an ubuntu patch, if not I'll report to
kenel.org.
So I think Smartbattery does not really work, because I tried , and
gnome-powermanager as well as an other battery charge indicator did not show
correct values: They staled at the point where they were started. I think the
problem is that it is not sending events to /proc/acpi/events.
I've got an acer travelmate 4001, ubuntu kernel 2.6.17 with suspend2 patches.
