Binary package hint: kdebase-plasma
When I right-click on the wallpaper I get a context-menu with the possibility
"Lock widgets Ctrl+L".
Using this menu to lock/unlock widgets works fine.
However, when I try to use the Ctrl+L shortcut for locking/unlocking widgets,
nothing happens.
I found this bug in Kubuntu 9.04 with KDE 4.2.2.
In Kubuntu 8.10 with KDE 4.2.2 this problem did not occur.
