hi

i also have the same issue with SMC2862W-G EU (0707:EE13). in interprid
it worked out of the box, but lost connections very often and had to
reboot to solve it. also tried ndiswrapper+smc2862w driver (winxp). same
results.

now with a fresh and updated install of jaunty the issue remains, but
just with ndiswrapper, cause it wont work out of the box.

the device works properly under winslows.

one interesting think i've noticed, is that when the connection is lost,
the device will remain listed at lsusb. that's ok, but if i disconnect
it from usb, it will remain in lsusb. isn't that strange?
