Binary package hint: kdebase
I've got a setup here which worked with dapper, in edgy it does not.
KDE is configured to focus follows mouse.
If I get a pop-up dialog from an application which has focus, the focus starts
to flicker between the two windows. It stops if you minimize one of them.
