Thanks. I looked at the link and it is very vague, It doesn't seem to be about 
the problem I face. My problem is hard for me to explain but I'll try to, and 
if after hearing my explanation you still think that it belongs there I will 
write them. (I don't have a mailing list account, I'm not real sure how to do 
that).

Say for example I have an onboard video card and an AGP card I bought from the 
store. Say also for example I configured the bios to use the AGP card by 
default.

What will happen is that Ubuntu will try to use the onboard video card even 
though in the BIOS I told the BIOS to use the AGP card. This will either 
cause it to crash (if the onboard video is disabled in the BIOS) or make X 
display on the wrong monitor (If it's not disabled in the BIOS).

If I remove the "PCI 0:0" line (Its something like that) X will automatically 
configure my X server for the video card I have enabled in my BIOS. Without 
the "PCI" line, X ALWAYS works. (For me). I think for that reason the "PCI" 
line is unneeded and is even a problem more than any solution.
