Since we can't detect who has the problem, we can't do anything
automatically. When people file bugs or ask for support, they can be
given the udev rule:
ACTION=="add", SUBSYSTEM=="pci", DRIVER=="ehci_hcd", \
RUN+="/bin/sh -c 'echo -n %k > %S%p/driver/unbind'"
