'apport-collect -p network-manager 372161'
in a terminal the next time this occurs.
This will gather a lot of debugging information related to your issue and
automatically
attach that debugging information to the bug.
To run apport-collect you may need to install the package python-launchpadlib
(apt-get install pythonplaunchpadlib)
