I'm not an alsa-info expert, but I can see that there are several volumes related to "capture" and to "mic" that are not at their maximum volumes. Are you trying to use an external mic (called "mic") or the built-in (called "front mic")? Use the terminal command "alsamixer -c0" to turn on all volumes related to "mic", "mic boost", "front mic", "front mic boost" and "capture". Also set the "input source" to the source you want to record from.
