Public bug reported:
In the packages for the new QT 4.5.1 update, the qt4-webkit package
depends of version 4.5.1 of the libphonon4 package. However, only 4.3.1
is available. Attempting to execute this upgrade would cause the
entirety of KDE to be removed from the system.
