I am having this problem on Ubuntu Linux 8.10 64-bit with Thunderbird Version 2.0.0.21 (20090318). It keeps sending my work e-mail from my personal address even though I have my work e-mail selected to send from. Both are on IMAP and I am sending via a different SMTP server than the mail server. It is very annoying; please find this bug!
