didn't include enough information.
Next time this happens, if possible, can you switch to a text console by hitting
CTRL + ALT + F1, login there, and then run
sudo apport-collect -p linux 369872
This will gather a lot of debugging information related to your issue.
To run apport-collect you may need to install the package python-launchpadlib
(apt-get install pythonplaunchpadlib)
The Ubuntu developers are aware of this problem and are working on a
solution
