No. It was problem with KDE 4.1 in Intrepid too, which is in any case irrelevant to the status of this bug. It is fixed in the development release of Ubuntu, and so is considered "Fix Released". For serious bugs that may qualify for a stable release update (hint: this doesn't) the appropriate thing to do is nominate for that release.
