Just curious if you've updated to the newer Jaunty 9.04 release? The
reason I ask is that I also have an Inspiron 1420 with the following
wifi card:
0c:00.0 Network controller [0280]: Intel Corporation PRO/Wireless
3945ABG [Golan] Network Connection [8086:4222] (rev 02)
I haven't seen any panics with the iwl3945 driver after a numerous
suspend/resume cycles. You could try a Jaunty 9.04 LiveCD to see if you
can reproduce with this latest release. Thanks.
