Public bug reported:
On a fresh install of Ubuntu Netbook Remix that has been fully patched.
Download of a .deb package for install of OpenProj (
http://sourceforge.net/project/downloading.php?group_id=199315&filename=openproj_1.4-2.deb&a=4285274
) prompts the user asking what should be used to open the file. This
should be associated with the GDebi package installer.
