Public bug reported: To start with I am a complete noob, so if i am missing something easy I apologize now.
After a week or so in my spare time I have been reading help forums at ALSA, Ubuntu, Intel and IRC with no solution yet. I just reinstalled Juanty and still have no sound. I did the reinstall because I had everything messed up from changes I tried from the various sources.
