I've looked at that already and I don't think it's related to another
application, I actually think it is due to the virtual screen size, even if the
second display isn't in use it still will enable the virtual screen size to
what is set in the xorg.conf which was Virtual 1400 2074 when I first
noticed the issue, this was not the case in 8.10 as I was using dualhead on it
from the start and had my virtual screen size at 2680 2074, once I remove the
SubSection "Display"

from the xorg.conf the issue does not present itself.
