Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: plasma-widget-network-manager
When first you open the add OpenVPN connection interface, the Connection
Type defaults to "X.509 Certificates", however the input boxes bellow
are for a password protected VPN, not X.509.
On the Optional information tab of the Add OpenVPN Connection Window, checking
off "Use Cipher" leaves the drop down menu for selecting the cipher greyed out.
Checking off "Use TLS auth" leaves the input box for the path to the key file
greyed out, and checking off "Only use VPN connection for these addresses..."
leaves its input box greyed out too.
The same also goes for setting a custom port, but there is already a bug filed
for this.
