I apologize but my french is not so great. I did see the following in
your DpkgTerminalLog file:
Could not find postinst hook script [update-grub].
Looked in: '/bin', '/sbin', '/usr/bin', '/usr/sbin'
dpkg : erreur de traitement de linux-image-2.6.27-11-generic (--configure) :
le sous-processus post-installation script a retourné une erreur de sortie

Is update-grub really missing on the machine? Also I noticed that even
though the error messages said it failed to install/upgrade the
2.6.27-11-31 kernel, when I look at your dmesg output you are indeed
running this newer kernel. Can you comment if this is still an issue
for you? Thanks.
