I cannot reproduce this anymore with Jaunty final and system-config-
printer-gnome 1.1.3+git20090218-0ubuntu19.1. The question "This printer
supports both printing and sending faxes...." seems to have been removed
altogether, however the things I tried to do when I opened this bug work
fine, so I'm closing this bug as fix committed.
