Third log file.

Additional details:

- The PS3 wireless network adapter is the one which shuts down. I haven't
tested with the wired connection yet.
- I have tested two wireless routers: The D-link DIR-300 and the D-link DI-514
with the same result: after a certain period of time the PS3 wireless will shut
down.
- It seems to happen faster if there are more peers connected on Transmission.
For > 30 peers, it almost certainly shuts down after 20 minutes or so. For less
peers, it may take a couple of hours.
- The wireless network on the computer remains unaffected after this happens.
It hasn't been the case with Intrepid, though, because it also used to shut
down my PC's wireless as well. On Jaunty this hasn't happened yet: only the PS3
is affected.

I'll be happy to provide whatever further information necessary.
