However, this bug is not the right place to discuss your concerns, for the following reasons: 1. What you've described is not a bug in Ubuntu or in the Firefox Launchpad plugin. 2. Bugs are rarely a good place to discuss issues with users and the community. In this case, I'm not entirely certain that what you're describing is actually a problem with Launchpad (though it may well be that improving Launchpad will help to reduce the problem of lack of responses to filed bugs). As a Launchpad developer and member of the Ubuntu community I'm very interested in discussing this further with you and seeing if we can't solve your problem. However, as I've said, this isn't the right place. I suspect the Launchpad users mailing list would be a better place to discuss it, since more people will be able to be involved in the discussion.
