I can confirm that the package is no longer included in Intrepid,
Jaunty, or Karmic. I think we may be able to simply remove the
offending pieces of documentation. I don't believe more is needed other
than restarting networking when setting up a bridge on a desktop system,
but would need to double check with a test. NetworkManager may need to
be restarted as well.
I also see a type shortly below where it says "interafaces man page".
