Thanks for the tips if I do decide to search for linux topics. Limiting the range of topics is not what I want, but rather eliminating a range of source websites that do not provide relevant information or do not provide access to relevant information while searching using ubuntu.
Changing search engines may give somewhat different results, but does not eliminate the problem of pages that are inaccessible to ubuntu users (that's me) or irrelevent to any given topic.
