Hi, sorry for the radio silence. I tried to replicate the error on the latest version of Gnome before sending the bug upstream, but I had a hard time to get hold of it in any way. For example, the Gnome Live CD doesn't seem to be downloadable from anywhere (and the torrents are dead).
But anyway, thing is that I just upgraded to Jaunty, and it seems to work well there.
