Hi Thomas: Kadu 0.6.5.2 is in Debian unstable and in official Kadu's ppa: https://launchpad.net/~patryk-prezu/+archive/ppa .
In our (upstream) opinion the best solution is sync Kadu with debian (or Patryk's ppa https://launchpad.net/~patryk-prezu/+archive/ppa), but we know that is impossible in SRU Except that last Artur's patch is correct and will fix the issue.
