You have a symmetric NAT:
"STUN server "stun.ekiga.net" replies Symmetric NAT" (here is an explanation: 
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Symmetric_NAT#Types_of_NAT )

This type of NAT is not suitable for automatic configuration using
Ekiga.

You need to configure your router manually; please see this documentation:
http://wiki.ekiga.org/index.php/Ekiga_behind_a_NAT_router
