Binary package hint: gedit
I apologize, I translate from Italian, so the names might be different.
My English is poor, certainly!
Using Edit->Decrypts/Verification, Gedit tells me that did not find any keys to
decrypt the file, and it proposes to open Seahorse.
In fact, my key is present.
If using Seahorse, I Remote->Sync and public keys, the problem is resolved and
Gedit decrypts the file.
This problem did not occur on Intrepid.
