Hmm.. are you sure that this include in psycopg.h was added by us? https://launchpadlibrarian.net/23060540/psycopg2_2.0.8-0ubuntu2.diff.gz is really small (~600 bytes) and only changes are to debian/rules (to fix FTBFS with Python 2.6).. The rest of the changes in diff were probably made by upstream developers. Also I'm not sure if this change to debian/rules (appended --install-layout=deb) is really needed as package build just fine in my karmic pbuilder.. I have no idea why though. Maybe some recent change to setuptools was made? I can attach a build.log :)
