It is most bizarre how easily those of you who are affected seem to be able to trigger it and yet how hard the rest of us can push our systems without triggering it at all. You must be doing something/have something we do not do/have.
Looking the logs it looks like @Richard and @mdz are both using virtualisation, one with virtual-box and the other with kvm. I wonder if there is correlation there?
