Public bug reported:

I have Ubuntu Edgy, updated today.
Hardware: Notebook HP NC6000, 1 GB of RAM.

When I choose Hibernate after a normal boot it works. Resuming from
hibernate works. But trying to hibernate second time fails. Also, after
resuming from hibernate swapon -a fail.

I saw that after I run:

mkswap /dev/hda1 (/dev/hda1 is my swap partition)
swapon -a

makes my swap partition availabe, and also hibernation.

** Affects: Ubuntu
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: Unconfirmed
