Try the following:

In the printing dialog click "Properties", in the dialog appearing then
choose a 12000-dpi photo mode with "Full Bleed" under "Printout Mode".
Set also the correct page size. In the main printing dialog click the
"Options" button on the lower left, so that the dialog expands. On the
tabs which appear in the lower half of the expanded dialog, click "Image
Settings". Choose "Scale image to fit" and "Auto-rotate page" and de-
select the other things. Save all settings.

Try to print, if it still does not work, use the settings from above,
but in addition, click on "Properties" again in the print dialog and in
the dialog appearing then choose the "Margins" tab, mark "Custom
margins", set everything to zero, save the settings, and try again. Does
this work?
