The cdrkit package provides wodim, it should however provide cdrtools (confusing?) However, cdrkit depends on brasero, or the other way round. i now removed wodim, which in turn removed brasero.
So. there is a ppa which provides deb packages for cdrtools and mkisofs, because is's not to up to jaunty yet i installed the two by hand instead of adding it to apt: http://ppa.launchpad.net/ubuntu-burning/ppa/ubuntu/pool/main/c/cdrtools/ Now i seem to have a proper version of cdrtools - but i can't install brasero because it requires wodim, which conflicts with cdrtools. And as luck plays it's hands, i don't have a blank cd to test from the command line. -- I can't write a cd https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/149076 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Kubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to k3b in ubuntu. -- kubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/kubuntu-bugs
