I got the same problem with Inter PRO/Wireless 3945 AG or AGN card on a znote 3415 laptop. Use encrypted wireless on wap level. Can see that the connection is still on after disconnect with the command; IWconfig in terminal. But there is no access to local or internet. Tested with WICD, same problem and moved back to Network manager. Still problem persist and re installation wont work ether.
