Thank you for providing instructions. Unfortunately I chose "Read Public Data
only" or so, while Apport needed "Change all data (including Private Data)" or
so.
Wonder why it needs these permissions, but I decided to allow it to change all
data. I revoked the permission to assign it again, but now it fails with the
error beneat. It seems like more people have this same problem:
