Hi, I confirm the error on an Asus eee Box running a fully updated Jaunty. I see this with dmesg.
[drm:i915_getparam] *ERROR* Unknown parameter 6 ALSO I get strange display quircks like quick shifts to the left and then right of about 1 inch. Then everything continues allright. It is very fast you need to be watching to catch it. (Those seem to be related to the get_vblank_counter message. AND finally I get occasional X server black screens while everything keeps working fine, I just stop seeing the VT7, if I switch to VT1 I get text mode OK, but I can never get back to a visible VT7.
