Hi, i'm closing this bug report as Won't Fix, mainly because the IPW3945
module was deprecated by upstream some time ago

Intel 3945ABG has one connection attempt, after that a reload of the ipw3945
module is needed for the interface to work at all. Connections and connecting
in itself is unreliable
