I did a reboot, however I'll try it again tonight and report back. I wonder why wireless indicator light doesn't come on with the Broadcom STA driver? What I'll do is remove the BCM4311 driver. Reboot. Install the STA driver. Reboot and attached the results of the various commands above for the Broadcom STA driver. Perhaps that will shed some light on the situation. Thanks, Erik.
