I have just started a download from http://mirror.anl.gov/pub/ubuntu-iso
/CDs-Xubuntu/9.04/release/xubuntu-9.04-alternate-i386.iso which is
downloading fine. I do not know if you were using torrent or jigdo to
download, but perhaps the server was very busy at the time. I would try
this again, or try from a different site.
